The Role
This is a Senior performance role, we are rapidly growing our US based GTM team and looking for an experienced individual contributor with deep understanding of the real-estate sector in North America to help execute our ambitious go-to-market and realise our vision. This is an Executive level role reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer and working closely with the wider Plentific team.
Plentific is continuously evolving to become the category leader and one-stop-shop for owners and operators when it comes to more effectively managing their properties. You will be a crucial player to our growth and success in the US.

Responsibilities
- Represent Plentific in industry events and tradeshows.
- Play a pivotal role in significantly expanding opportunities for Plentific in the US.
- Proactively engage, form and nurture relationships with potential users, buyers and executives across the real estate sector in the US.
- As a Subject Matter Expert: Build trusted relationships with prospects, translate customer pain points and strategic objectives to value creation solutions with Plentific at its core.
- Support the Marketing team with content to substantiate Plentific's positioning as a thought leader
- Act as a client advocate internally and shape Plentific's roadmap.
- Act as change agent and support clients throughout the change management journey as a trusted advisor.
Skills
- Proven to be a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Comfortable and capable reaching out to the top 100 property management companies in North America
- Ability to communicate complex solutions and technical real estate knowledge.
- Skilled in designing and implementing roadmaps to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Experienced with building relationships.
Experience and Qualifications
- Member of material trade organisations such as NAA and ULI is desirable but not essential.
- Deep understanding of the multifamily real estate sector and its network.
- Experienced key-note speaker or similar in industry events or trade shows
- Having worked at a leading Multi-Family property owner/manager in a major metropolitan area.
- Have worked closely with cross functions such as; Product, Marketing and Sales.
- Understanding of business development and confidence with change management
- Have a network of senior level property executives
