Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Morgan Value team. You will work with Morgan Value leadership to drive insights to improve program results and client experience. The Data Analyst will report to the Program Manager and work closely and collaboratively with our teams to understand and improve program operations and processes across the department.

The goal is to ensure that all program and business operations are at peak performance and to provide the best value and experience for our clients and business partners.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 DOE + Benefits

Responsibilities

• Legal experience helpful, but not required.
• Capable of managing multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable translating technical results into straightforward insights
• Analytically curious with the ability to proactively recognize insights and opportunities beyond the original project scope.
• Process design and development experience.
• Salesforce experience preferred, but not required.
• Interest and ability to take on analyses and ultimately provide decision support services and actionable insights to the business
• Comfortable handling sometimes ambiguously-defined problems, developing creative solutions and delivering meaningful results.
• A process thinker and natural problem-solver. You are always thinking about how to make something better end to end, and you think critically about the key metrics that will tell you when you are successful.
• Build ad-hoc dashboards and reports that provide in-depth, digestible, and visual analysis using Salesforce and Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, R or other similar programs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and leading operations initiatives alongside business leaders.
• 2-3 years of experience in data science, business intelligence, corporate strategy, consulting or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
