Job Summary
This position will manage key Operations Transformation projects. This person will support key initiatives to build a fit for purpose, scalable end to end operations model with strategies across people, process, and technology. They will support the Transformation leader in driving specific projects as needed. This leader should be great at building relationships across internal MAESA teams as well as external partners across the extended value chain and be able to drive results in a fast paced and demanding environment.
Pay Range: $110,000/yr - $130,000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Support the Transformation lead in project development, deployment and coordination as needed
• Actively work in partnership with cross-functional team members and external stakeholders to find solutions to any obstacles to project completion
• Manage project timelines and oversee timely execution of tasks including clearly communicating updates and risks
• Own the critical flow of communication between cross-functional team members on each project, including leading weekly project status meetings with cross-functional teams to track progress, creating agendas and recaps for those meetings, maintaining awareness of upcoming deadlines, sharing updates in project scope, and ensuring smooth workflow on tight timelines
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
• Manage templates, KPIs, and regular review, updates, and governance forums
• Track actual delivery of savings working closely with finance, escalate additional opportunities/gaps for gap closure and decision making

Education & Experience

• Solutions-oriented and results-driven
• Experience with supply chain, large-scale transformation or management consulting preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be clear and concise
• Flexibility and willingness to learn quickly and take on additional responsibilities when needed
• Capable of managing multiple projects/program plans, escalating issues/roadblocks for resolution and prioritizing deadlines within internal & external teams
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or related field
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - will work across multiple regions, functions and with various levels including senior leadership
• Ability to manage data to drive insights and decisions, strong Microsoft Excel experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or equivalent
