Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage earned and paid media strategies, including developing and maintaining media contact lists
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
• Project manage SEO and website optimization work, including A/B testing, website development needs, and campaign landing page changes
• Manage marketing partner relationships to ensure quality work is being completed according to established timelines
• Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness
• Generate and execute on lead-driven cross-channel digital marketing strategies
• Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing
• Manage the company's brand and ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with the brand's messaging and tone
• Collaboration with Cross-functional teams to evaluate new markets and capabilities for potential investment
• Help with the strategy and placement of traditional media buys in conjunction with agency partners
• Create reporting evergreen dashboards in our marketing intelligence tool, AdVerity, for stakeholders and franchisees
• Communicate the performance of media strategies and placements, website analytics, member acquisition and email campaigns.
• Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels
• Implement email and text message workflows for one-time and evergreen campaigns within our CRM platform
• Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, preferred
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads,
• 6+ years of marketing experience
• 2+ years of experience working with digital vendors, developers, email strategy and SEO
• Programmatic ad placement, reporting and analytics tools
