Senior Associate, Content Creation

The US Learning Team is seeking an experienced Specialist, Learning and Development to join our growing organization.

Summary

Reporting to the Senior Associate Learning and Development, the Specialist, Learning and Development will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying tailored, scalable, and measurable learning products for exempt and/or non-exempt employees across the HelloFresh network. This role will work closely with US Learning team members as well as cross-functional teams to build blended learning deliverables that will directly impact employee engagement, development, and growth within the organization. A successful candidate in this role will thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys problem solving, and will have a passion for working side by side with business leaders within the HelloFresh network.

You will...

• Partner with the Business Integration vertical of the US Learning team to pilot, facilitate, moderate, implement, and measure the impact of your learning products
• Design, develop, and deploy tailored, scalable, and measurable learning solutions using diverse learning delivery mechanisms
• Support and champion internal processes standardization and refinement to drive continuous improvement
• Develop and partner with the Business Integration vertical of the US Learning team to deliver internal communications and train the trainer strategies to support network adoption of learning products
• Manage projects of varying complexity with a multitude of audience sizes
• Consult with customers within the business to develop an understanding of learner needs by conducting discovery calls to address learning request tickets

You Have..

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed by the business
• 3+ years in learning design or learning product/experience management, project management
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate, consult, and educate key cross-functional stakeholders on learning initiatives within all levels of the organization
• Ability to prioritize personal or team workload due to changing business needs
• Proven experience in stakeholder communications and in influencing cross-functional leadership at all levels of the organization
• Scheduling Flexibility (collaborating with partners on both east and pacific coasts) due to business need
• Demonstrated portfolio of learning experience designs and learning product solutions with measurable business impact
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Marketing, Organizational Development, Psychology, Labor Relations, Consulting, Product/Project Management or related field and/or certifications in specific Learning & Development areas
• Ability to think strategically and provide long and short term learning experience/product recommendations and solutions that can flex and scale with rapid growth
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructor led and virtual learning tools such as Google Suite and learning methodologies
• Proven exposure and basic proficiency with Google Suite applications, Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems, Project Management tools (i.e. Monday.com) and common Learning Design Technologies (i.e. Articulate 360, iSpring, PhotoShop, Camtasia, Microsoft Publisher, Litmos)

New York Pay Range

$82,000—$102,500 USD

Colorado Pay Range

$74,000—$92,500 USD
