We are seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our organization's recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a track record of building and managing successful recruitment strategies, with a focus on identifying and attracting top talent to the organization. The Director of Talent Acquisition will work closely with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and department heads, to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans. They will also be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and ensuring that all recruitment processes are efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, department heads, and external recruitment partners.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement to senior leadership.
- Manage a team of recruiters and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
- Implement and manage recruitment processes to ensure that all recruitment activities are efficient and effective.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of recruiters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
