The Opportunity

You will be a consistent connector and will be onsite in Piney Flats, TN.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will provide administrative support to the market Talent Acquisition team. The role will help coordinate candidate/Hiring Manager/TAP schedules for complex or multi meet assessments activities, providing administrative support to seasonal hiring activities, completing and administering associated new hire paperwork and processes, production of defined reporting, processing of Talent Acquisition invoices, maintenance of talent pipeline / preferred supplier / important contact lists. The Coordinator has no direct people management responsibility. The Coordinator also does not have direct financial or budget responsibility
