STS Technical Services is hiring Talent Acquisition Coordinators in Melbourne, Florida .
Position Overview
This position is responsible for supporting the full-cycle of the recruiting function, and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process.
Job Duties

• Generate reports related to your work at a defined cadence.
• Promote company as an employer of choice through knowledge of the organizations benefits, policies, practices, history and culture.
• New hire processing – offer letter and background check process management, new hire paperwork.
• Represent company at job fairs to promote the organization to potential candidates.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement to be shared with manager.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for the Recruiting and/or HR teams.
• Managing self and assigned tasks. Support administration of defined initiatives.
• Internal team support and coordination
• Vendor communication and scheduling
• Assist in the coordination and administration of routine Talent Acquisition transactions.
• Supporting tasks that contribute to process improvement

Basic Qualifications:
Education

• Required: High School Diploma.

Experience
Prefer candidate with 1+ years of previous experience in area of responsibility and/or basic administrative experience; clerical duties.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Cooperative, interpersonal skills, organized and detailed oriented.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Initiative, flexibility and a high degree of confidentiality.
• Basic administrative techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Power Point
