Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on recruiting sales reps, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent who will drive our business growth. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of sales recruitment and an ability to assess candidates' sales skills and competencies.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and present recommendations to hiring managers for further consideration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the sales field.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' sales skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements and qualifications for sales rep positions.
  • Conduct reference checks when required.


Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales industry, including sales methodologies, techniques, and performance indicators.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably with a focus on sales roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
