About The Role:

We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our esteemed law firm. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and evaluating top-tier talent to support our company's growth and success. Your ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, create compelling job postings, and conduct comprehensive interviews will be vital to your success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

This is a full-time position.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create captivating and informative job postings that showcase the firm's unique culture and opportunities.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring alignment with the HR Director's availability.
  • Champion a positive and rewarding candidate experience, fostering a professional and engaging recruitment journey.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director to define and comprehend precise staffing requirements for various roles within the firm.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and best practices, adapting recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Employ a variety of channels, including databases, social media platforms, and professional networks, to source potential candidates.
  • Thoroughly screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions.


Competencies:

  • Navigate the complexities of the recruitment process with precision and attention to detail.
  • Expertly identify and engage top-tier candidates through innovative sourcing methods and channels.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Objectively assess candidates' qualifications and potential to contribute to the firm's growth.
  • Effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive candidate experience.


What You Will Need To Be Successful In The Role:

  • Objective evaluation skills to reliably assess candidates' qualifications and potential contribution.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective candidate engagement and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and efficient time management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources (Preferred but not required) or equivalent experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
