Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition
Location: Miami, Florida or Dallas TX
Salary: 160K to 200K Plus 30% Bonus and Relocation
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with Organizational Effectiveness (OE) sub teams (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, and Culture/Leadership Development) and identify inefficiencies in processes and collaborate to drive innovative thinking and efficiencies in process and programs.
In partnership with People Analytics, drive metric development, delivery, and monitoring impact of OE key initiatives as related to annual strategic objectives
Lead the design and implementation of OE communication and implementation kit frameworks for HRBPs, employees, and executives.
Consistent consulting with and partnership across OE sub teams to deliver on our OE transformation strategies including delivering exceptional candidates, employee, partner, and supplier experience.
Partners with key suppliers and national accounts to identify needs that correlate to new revenue streams for HR; leads new revenue management within HR and maintains supplier relations yielding positive income and results through design services.
Ensure continued delivery and evolution of the OE strategy including collaboration with HRBPs, HR Centers of Excellence, Legal, Communications, business leaders and suppliers.
Additional Primary Responsibilities:
In partnership with HRIS, create and lead a digital adoption strategy for HR technology tools with UI guidance and visual workflows enhancing the user experience for internal and external stakeholders with Digital Adoption platforms
Partner with identified internal and external stakeholders and innovation partners to create & cultivate a culture of innovation and boost internal creativity through new thought processes, deploying new concepts and methodologies
In partnership with Procurement and respective OE program owners, negotiates vendor contracts, RFPs, and RFIs to ensure strategic OE alignment Leads the project management of key OE projects
Provide oversight, direction, and coaching to direct reports to foster a spirit of teamwork, continuous improvement (programs and individual development), inclusion, and healthy conflict resolution to enable each employee and the department to succeed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree plus 10 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Five years of experience managing exempt level employees
Proven consulting experience in working with executives and senior leaders
Ability to manage and execute against multiple priorities while maintaining composure under pressure
Demonstrated knowledge of designing and implementing organization-wide processes and programs
Experience in a fast-paced growth-oriented business
Strong communication skills – written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation of strong working relationships
Knowledge of MS Office Suite and software applications related to job functions
Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing the direction of projects and strategies
Strong project management experience required
Ability to Travel: overnight up to 50%
