Greenspoon Marder has an exciting opportunity within our Talent Acquisition team! We are seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead a dynamic team, manage attorney hiring, supervise staff recruitment and spearhead OCI and the Summer Associate program. The Director of Talent Acquisition will oversee full cycle recruitment in support of the business functions of the Firm and will work directly with the Firm’s Chief Recruiting Officer. Your Director of Talent Acquisition Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with attorneys.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance attorney satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, adjusting strategies as needed for efficiency.
• Oversee the OCI program, managing school selection, scheduling, candidate evaluations, and follow-ups.
• Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and market conditions to provide recommendations for competitive attorney retention strategies.
• Lead end-to-end attorney recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, diligence and extending offers.
• Oversee onboarding and integration processes for associates and staff.
