Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administration of our compensation programs, ensuring business alignment goals.
  • Maintain the integrity of HR-related software and databases for efficient operations.
  • Maintain consistency in our pay philosophy while adapting to market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and department leaders to align compensation solutions with our trajectory.
  • Stay updated on compensation laws to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Provide strategic insights on compensation plan effectiveness to senior leadership.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree, CCP or equivalent in HR or related field.
  • Proficiency in compensation laws, FLSA, and related regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and handling confidential information.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
  • Advanced skills in communication, analysis, and collaboration.
