• Annual Salary Range: $67,000 to $69,000 based on qualifications and experience

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain compensation tables in ERP
• Analyze compensation data from internal and external sources; recommend pay and policy changes
• Administer company's salary and bonus programs under general supervision
• Test compensation programs for accuracy and functionality
• Audit exempt and nonexempt compensation programs for compliance with company policies and Federal regulations
• Write, edit, proof, and maintain job descriptions repository

Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced-level math and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Understanding of state and federal compensation related laws
• General knowledge of the compensation field and compliance with laws
• 1 year of experience in analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent
