Responsibilities

• Conduct market assessments to evaluate competitiveness of target incentives, pay mix, and total target cash
• Conduct competitive pay assessments and consult with the business on their compensation needs
• Provide compensation support for cross-functional HR projects, such as M&A activity and HR systems implementations
• Coordinate development and update of global salary ranges, job codes, grades, bonus targets, etc.
• Provide compensation expertise and support to Compensation, HR Business Partner, and Talent Acquisition teams

Requirements

• Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills with strong communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5-8+ years related experience; global experience in a medical device or other high-tech environment highly desired
• Ability to balance competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion
• Advanced skills in Excel and other analytics tools with a strong ability to summarize recommendations in PowerPoint presentation format
• Prior experience with Payfactors and Workday desired

The base pay range for this position is Min $92,400 - Max $166,500. The pay wage range shown is based on the job posting's primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
