Summary:
·The main function of a Compensation Specialist is to plan, direct, and coordinate compensation activities of an organization.
·A typical Compensation Specialist is responsible for a wide range of activities, such as compensation transactions, new hire offer consultation, data auditing and analysis, manager support, and compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
·Advise managers and employees on compensation-related matters, perform data audits, support the annual compensation planning process, perform complex data analysis using spreadsheets, preparation of training materials and reports.
·Review and approve job positions, classifications, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.
Skills:
