As a Staffing Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing our largest Contact Centre lines of business, as well as supporting recruitment for various Corporate functions. With a focus on sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates, you will ensure a positive and productive candidate experience. If you have a sense of urgency, a strong background in high-volume recruitment, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer execution.
• Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews with qualified candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with workforce management, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues and departments to improve processes and meet targets.
• Prepare recruitment materials and provide recruitment strategy guidance to hiring leaders.

Key Qualifications

• Strong sense of urgency to fill positions.
• Experience in a contact/call center organization with a high-volume req load.
• Experience with Workday ATS.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with all levels of management.

• Remote work is available, but candidates must be based on the east coast.
