Job Description

Fantastic opportunity for a Workday Compensation Specialist to join a global fortune 500 company who is implementing Workday across the business!

My client, an industry leading organization, is looking for a Workday Specialist with hands-on expertise in Workday Core Compensation and Workday Advanced Compensation to join their Workday team and support their digital transformation. If you're a Workday expert who specializes in Workday Compensation then this if for you!


The business is implementing the full Workday HCM suite for 20,000+ employees in 50+ countries which includes a Workday Advanced Compensation implementation. In this role you would be the go to person for all things Workday Compensation and responsible for driving the implementation through go live and post production.


This role will partner with the Compensation COE and implementation partner to drive the implementation of Workday compensation across the business. You will building complex compensation packages, engaging stakeholders and identifying innovative solutions to implement. This will be hands-on role where you will focus on requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and troubleshooting.


There is a competitive salary and benefits package on offer and this role is REMOTE so you can be based ANYWHERE is the US.


Required skills & experience:

  • Experience building complex compensation packages includes merit, stock, and bonus plans
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with unions and CLAs
  • Global Workday Compensation experience
  • 2+ years of Workday Configuration experience in Core & Advanced Compensation
