Job Description

Benefits (& Compensation) Analyst

If you are wanting to work for a global manufacturing company, with a focus on sustainability, then this one is for you.

It would be ideal if you have Benefits and Compensation experience, but it is not a must to have Compensation experience as the role is predominantly focused on Benefits. What is also important for this role is configuration expertise. This will be within Workday but if you have experience working with other systems, you will also be considered. Sounds like you? Then read on!

This role is fully-remote, allowing you to gain maximum flexibility. If you would like to go into one of the offices near you, then you are more than welcome to. You will be reporting into someone who is not a fan of micromanagement and, as a result, you will need to be able to work independently, manage priorities as well as work collaboratively with the rest of the team.

In return, you will be offered a generous 401k as well as gaining access to a bonus program to reward you for your hard work. Of course, medical, dental, vision and life insurance are also included to make sure that you are well-protected. Wanting to further develop? You will be able to use the learning and benefits funding to further enhance your skill set. Looking to start a family? You'll be covered with parental leave too!

Salary depends on experience.

This is an urgent role so if you are interested then apply now with your resume!
