The Role
As a Demand & Supply Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our Supply Chain organization. You will be responsible for developing and managing a robust Cafe Allocation framework and process, analyzing inventory levels to maximize sales, and improving inventory productivity across all locations.
What You'll Do
Develop efficient Cafe Allocation Tools to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and support sales for our US Market.
Manage inventory levels by location and tiers, utilizing data analysis of store performance and regional volumes.
Assess and monitor trends in stock levels, ensuring optimal supply flow to minimize stockouts and support cafe operations.
Collaborate with various teams across Cafe, Ecommerce, and CPG channels to drive results and continuous improvement.
Help build and support end-to-end business processes, contributing to our operational success and high-quality standards.
What You'll Bring
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to complex tasks, synthesizing both quantitative and qualitative data.
Strong analytical skills, recognizing trends and patterns within a large and complex dataset.
Experience in order management, replenishment, or allocation (ideally with CPG or Retail companies).
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP and sales data systems.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
A deep love for great coffee, food, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
