Job Description

The Customer Retention Coordinator will be well-versed in e-mail and SMS marketing best practices with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A key responsibility of the role will be to work cross-functionally with the brand marketing team on product launches, and brand activations.


On an ongoing basis, the Customer Retention Coordinator will collaborate with leadership on the necessary strategy, priorities and briefs for all email/SMS campaigns and flows. Additionally, it will be important to assist in the creation of channel list growth strategies.

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES

● Maintain, update, and distribute monthly email campaign calendar.

● Manage the day-to-day operational process workflow for email & SMS. Including but not limited to, briefing, deployment, segmentation, A/B testing, campaign reporting and project management.

● Oversee the project management of updated email and SMS journeys for brand refresh.

● Set up A/B subject line, creative and copy tests regularly

● Manage review and approval process for email content

● Management of website pop ups

● Work with the customer service team to gather feedback, and create new communication flows to improve customer experience.

● Report on weekly and monthly email and SMS performance

● Monitor, measure, record and optimize performance of campaigns

● Monitor industry changes and provide team with relevant updates

● Conduct ongoing competitor analysis

● Monitor Yotpo email review feedback and make optimization suggestions.

● Assist with the planning of promotions across digital channels.

REQUIREMENTS

● Minimum one (1) year of experience with email marketing experience

● Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing or related field

● General understanding of the overall digital marketing landscape

● Can-do, entrepreneurial spirit, problem-solving skills and ready to take on a challenge

● Strong project management skills are a must

● Familiarity with analytics platforms & email/SMS marketing metrics

● Has experience in copywriting best practices

● Highly organized with extreme attention to detail

● Able to work independently and cross-functionally across a small, close-knit team

We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Briogeo / Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Pay Range: $55,000 - $73,5000 salary per year. Other rewards may include an annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role. In addition, Briogeo / Wella Company provides a rich variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
