Ready to learn and get hands-on-experience? Jane is looking for a Retention Marketing Intern to join our team for 12 weeks, beginning on May 15th, 2023. This person will work closely with our Retention Marketing team and assist them with various tasks and projects. If you’re currently a student looking for experience in Email/SMS/App Push and Marketing Operations and eager to learn from a growing eCommerce company, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Capstone project with end of program presentation for executive and senior leadership team
• Test and quality check emails and execute push/SMS messages including copywriting
• Prepare presentations and other materials to support business operations on activities.
• Support Retention team on various special departmental projects.
• Maintain daily reports, productivity metrics and financial spreadsheets
• Solve problems and provide business insights and recommendations.
• Produce and update project status reports and maintain related documentation

Qualifications

• Demonstrate collaborative interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully within a team
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or a student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-starters who are results oriented and intellectually curious
• Desire to support and work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office
