Your Mission
Your mission will be to lead our recruitment efforts. As a Hiring Ninja and Talent Whisperer, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the best candidates for each position.
Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit with the organization
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Negotiate job offers and close candidates to ensure a successful hire
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to ensure a consistent pipeline of talent
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment process
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices in gaming, IT or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to identify solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
