• Handle inbound calls, averaging 10-15 per day and up to 20 per day at times.
• Identify the root cause for member attrition and overcome obstacles to retain them.
• Retain members within the health care organization using sales and problem-solving techniques.
• Perform data entry and multitask between two computer screens.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with members.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent sales, negotiation, or retention experience in an office/call center environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in working with multiple computer screens and navigating through various systems.
• Must have the ability to hard-wire internet at home with a strong internet connection (Minimum 10 Mbps Download, Minimum 10 Mbps Upload, under 100 Ping).
• Availability to work full-time within the required hours.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
