Job Description

POSITION TYPE

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Creative / Marketing Intern will lead a cornerstone project for the marketing team of Partake, a fast-

growing CPG food brand. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized individual who is eager to

implement new processes with a new point of view and a fresh set of skills.

Owning the identification of a new asset management platform and proposing an organizational and

naming hierarchy within the platform for team members, the Creative / Marketing Intern will lead daily

management of our photo asset database to ensure the platform is searchable by colleagues and

external partners alike and can grow with the organization.

This position reports to the Marketing Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Drive the project lifecycle of the marketing photo asset database, from initiation through

completion, for marketing creative assets including but not limited to product photography on

white, lifestyle images, user-generated content, etc.

● Source cost-effective off-shelf asset management software and create a project plan using Asana

to guide Marketing Director and team in project timeline, deliverables and contributors.

● Create file hierarchy and nomenclature to ensure files are properly named and searchable within

the platform; the hierarchy should take into consideration the current and future products and

content types.

● Tag and upload all existing content to platform in multiple formats

● Create “how-to” guide / screen share video for ongoing maintenance of the platform


● Improve internal processes by creating a user guide / screen share video for colleagues to

access images by organizing and tagging creative assets

● Ensure images in the database are in line with existing style guide, excluding any discontinued

product or product in out-of-date packaging

● Communicate project status, resolve project issues by working with Digital Content + Community

Manager and other team members

● Champion project management best practices and plan, organize, and prioritize own daily work

routine to meet established schedule

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

● Junior / Senior at an accredited college or university

● Pursuing a Marketing, Design, Advertising or Communications degree (or related field)

● Have strong creative instincts and high attention to detail

● Have strong written and verbal communication skills

● Have a positive attitude

● Have exceptional multitasking and time management skills

● Ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments and deadlines with speed and flexibility

● Excellent organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail

● Problem solver, willing to work independently and cross-functionally as needed to reach strategic

objectives of the company.

● Be self-sufficient, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be able to prioritize and organize

various projects

visual/graphic, and communications skills while being kind and eager to support the Partake team. You

DETAILS

● The internship will last 8-12 weeks. Flexible start/end date based on university schedule.

● Location: Partake HQ is based in NYC. This role is hourly remote.

● $24-30 per hour pending on experience / up to 30 hours per week
