The Role

Lovevery is looking for a Creative Producer (contractor) to join the in-house Creative Production Team. We are in a period of growth and this is an exciting opportunity to have a direct impact on brand campaigns and creative projects that span numerous business units and channels across our organization.

Responsibilities/Attributes

• Problem solver, strategic partner and an effective communicator.
• Understand the importance of production decisions on both creative output and on meeting your cross functional business partner’s needs.
• Strong team player and collaborator.
• Familiarity with photo production and retouching processes.
• Can handle multiple projects simultaneously, deliver on time while upholding the quality of the work.
• Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated and adaptable.
• Excellent social skills and relationship management when it comes to working with on-camera talent (children and families) and production partners.
• Process oriented but don’t let process slow down progress.
• Proficiency with shooting on location and running point on logistics for travel shoots
• Expertise in both long form and short form video content creation and production processes
• Extensive experience with production scheduling and budgeting.
• Knowledgeable with production legal paperwork (talent releases, location agreements, etc.); experience with production clearances preferred.

About You

• 6+ years of experience working in a creative producer role in a creative agency, production company or internal creative team.
• Blend of production and post-production experience and can see a project through from inception to final delivery.
• Ability to see both bottom up and top-down perspectives and think holistically when it comes to company initiatives.
• Driven to constantly learn and grow both professionally and personally.
• Available to travel for shoots

Salary Range Information

Based on market data and other factors, the hourly range for this position is $25.20 to $43.27. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
