As a Creative Intern, you will;

Enthusiastically work across multiple brands

Design content and graphics for social media including in feed posts, IG stories, IG reels, etc.

Development of digital assets as related to assignment

Work directly with multiple leaders on multiple design projects as assigned

Conceptualize and design original digital artwork

Assist in research for style guide and artwork development

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills

Graphic design experience is a major plus

Organize and maintain the photo sample inventory database to accurately reflect product records and physical inventory

Help provide visibility into sample status, updates, and changes by maintaining a clear and organized system for tracking

Maintain an extremely organized in-house sample closet allowing for the ability to locate samples easily and efficiently

Support additional ad hoc Creative projects

Must be able to think outside the box and manage your own time in an organized fashion

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Photoshop proficiency and administrative assistant experience is a plus

Helping to prepare for for in-house content shoots, lookbook, and campaign shoots

Working with the creative team on photoshoots - prepping looks, dressing models

Maintaining product organization prior to, during, and after shoots

Good oral and written communication skills

Excellent knowledge of desktops, laptops, and other common peripheral devices

Ability to monitor computer technology service and repair

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs up to a height of 4 feet occasionally

Provide technical support for computer users via phone.

Maintain/update work order system and communicate work order priority and status to end users.

A+ and/or Net+ Certification preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware and networking basics

Intermediate knowledge of Google Apps Suite

Setup, maintain, troubleshoot & repair Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS computers remotely and at the Tech Bar.

Responsible for providing technical assistance to WBD Customers on a wide range of hardware and software related issues.

Support and provisioning requests for all Customers IT equipment.

Working alongside other WBT support teams to assist Customers.

Image, deploy and configure computer systems (Windows & Mac) with standard WBD Corporate build applications.

Work with Technicians to research, troubleshoot, and resolve trouble tickets or route them to other technology teams.

Experience with motors, robotics, tech-enabled art installations
