Creative Intern Jobs

We are currently looking for a person who is an energetic self-starter to join our team as a Creative

Intern this Fall 2023 semester. In this position you will learn about, and be expected to contribute to, all creative aspects of social media forward marketing, from strategy to ideation to production.

As a Creative Intern, you will;

Enthusiastically work across multiple brands

Design content and graphics for social media including in feed posts, IG stories, IG reels, etc.

Help build and produce content for multiple client projects alongside the social media manager

Conduct research to help identify insights and understand category, brands, and target

Proactively share key learnings with the team

Develop creative ideas that help support client's social media and marketing strategy

Qualifications

An eye for aesthetic

1+ years of experience in graphic design

Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

Ability to tell a strong story and explain core thought process

Coherent and clear written and verbal presentation skills

Ability to comfortably and professionally interact with and present to the Bais team

Natural leader with strong ability to multi-task

Team player with desire to partner across departments

Self-starter who goes above and beyond on tasks

Motivated doer who seeks out opportunity and challenge

Duration

Bais offers a flexible schedule. Interns can work up to 20 hours/week throughout the duration of the semester. You must be able to commit a minimum of three months at 10/hours a week. This internship is unpaid but you will receive a $500 stipend at completion of the internship.
