Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic human resources team. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent to meet the company's hiring needs. Your primary focus will be on identifying qualified candidates for various positions within our organization and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. This role is hybrid and direct hire.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand departmental hiring needs and ensure alignment.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit with the company's culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Administer pre-employment assessments or tests as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates about job offers, compensation, and benefits.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and proactively build a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback on their application status.
  • Generate reports and analysis to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to source potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.


Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Excellent sourcing, networking, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
