Position Summary

The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced recruiter with a proven track record for attracting, managing and retaining top talent. Utilizing best practices, you will be able to interact with candidates for various positions at all levels, communicate affectively across all teams and operate professionally and strategically. Being able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating business level communication skills and analytical thinking will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

• Utilize recruiting tools and technology to source top candidates for multiple company positions
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, recruiters and colleagues to facilitate successful onboarding of new hires
• Demonstrate knowledge of positions to be filled, collaborate with team to clarify roles, job descriptions and hiring needs
• Possess a high degree of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
• Ensure excellent candidate experience through prompt communication and follow up
• Create, manage and prepare all candidate correspondence

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting in professional services
• Proficient in sourcing tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, etc
• Attention to detail, problem solving ability, flexibility and proactive attitude
• Proven ability to develop solid candidate pipelines with high retention rates
• Works effectively with employees at all levels of the company
• Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a customer service focus
• BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field required
• Comfortable working on a team as well as independently in a remote environment
