The Role:

Cerebral is looking for a 1099 Contract (Part-Time) Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team. This contractor will report to our Talent Acquisition Manager and will primarily be recruiting and hiring for corporate positions. You will manage all aspects of the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, and scheduling, through offer acceptance.


Who you are

  • You have proficient experience utilizing Greenhouse (ATS) on a daily basis
  • You have a keen ability to multi-task in order to successfully manage multiple job requisitions, candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting administrative tasks
  • You have a high sense of urgency and accountability while working in a fast-paced environment
  • You have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across corporate functions including: Finance and Accounting, Legal and Compliance, Marketing, Operations, IT, and HR
  • You prioritize effective communication and building rapport with candidates and hiring partners while consistently delivering quality recruiting experiences

  • You will act as Cerebral’s biggest brand ambassador while providing an exceptional interview and hiring experience for candidates
  • You will build on your experience in recruiting platforms including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • You will act as a dynamic and collaborative recruiting partner within the Talent Acquisition team as well as various cross-functional teams throughout the organization
  • You will develop and build strong relationships with hiring managers and hiring teams to bring on high-caliber talent
  • You will further develop your recruiting skills within sourcing, conducting interviews, managing talent pipelines, and offer negotiations
