Summary

The Training Administrator is responsible for assisting in the administration of employee training and training projects, supporting compliance reporting and audit requests as well as providing support as the admin for the Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS administrative duties include the tracking and scheduling of employee training, course creation, filing training records as needed and troubleshooting student issues and questions with the LMS. This position will also assist with training coordination, communicating with instructors and providing overall assistance for employee training programs.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Supports eLearning system log-ins, user profiles.
  • Problem solves/responds to customer inquiries regarding training and outside of the training department.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for internal teams regarding LMS administration.
  • Partners with key business leaders in creating competency-based learning plans.
  • Supports management projects.
  • Processes registrations for customer training and maintain course rosters.
  • Maintains training records as required by audits.
  • Supports audit needs during an audit including creating reports.
  • Compiles learning plans, courses, and instructor-led training in LMS.
  • Works with training point of contacts to ensure learning plans are up to date.
  • Processes and scan training documentation.
  • Work with LMS vendor to implement and test enhancements, troubleshoot errors and identify areas of improvement.
  • Manages the collection and reporting of all data necessary to report on training metrics.
  • Create, manage and support LMS system standards, policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Completes reporting including attendance, completion, audit reports, manager requests, weekly dashboards.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work well with a wide range of people with diverse cultural background, including surgeons and medical representatives.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability.
  • Minimum three years of administrative and/or support experience, preferably in training.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize and prioritize assignments.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and ability to take initiative in development and completion of projects with deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Preferred or Desired
  • Experience supporting a medical device organization or training group.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency, calm demeanor, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and experience dealing with confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized while possessing excellent skills in follow-up, verbal/written communication, and time management.
  • Competency in office software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience with MasterControl.
  • Required
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Expert user in Excel and database management.
  • Experience demonstrating the ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Experience with and demonstration of excellent client service skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate, figuring out department efficiency improvements.
  • Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS).

Accuray Pay Transparency Statement
Accuray pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Accuray Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
