As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer an opportunity to join our Payor Strategy team as a Rate Compliance Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Creates ad hoc reports and analysis as requested
- Perform analysis on rate updates to quantify potential impacts to the Aspen Dental practices
- Maintains database of all contracted rates for Aspen Dental, ensuring that all rates are stored in an organized manner
- Work with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure that compliance to contracted rates is enforced
- Has a strong understanding of insurance contracts and workflow of claim adjudication
- Works closely with the Payor Strategy leadership on maintaining accurate rates for all Aspen Dental offices
- Works with Financial Planning + Analytics to ensure that correct rates are used for all financial modeling
- Audits all incoming contracted rate schedules from the plans for accuracy
Minimum Education and Experience
- Tableau, PowerBI or other visualization software experience is plus
- 1-3 years of experience in financial/data analysis, or other reporting required
- Has demonstrated ability to review large data files for accuracy and completion
- Has ability to excel in fast paced environment, take direction, and handle multiple priorities
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel required
- SQL, SAS, or other data querying software experience preferred
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting or other business discipline preferred
