Job Title: Recruiter Manager (Remote) - Must reside in the Nashville, TN area.
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Director of Human Resources and/or Vice President, Human Resources and/or GM's.
Job Purpose: Drives Dimension development culture through the recruitment and retention of quality candidates to
support staffing needs. Directs all recruiting and employment activities for management and hourly positions
with the time periods established.
This role will be responsible for five hotels managed by Dimension Hospitality in the state of TN :Autograph Union Station NasvilleGrand Hyatt Nashville Hilton Garden Inn - Nashville Vanderbilt Home2 Suites by Hilton - Nashville Homewood Suites by Hilton - Nashville DntwnJob Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies to staff current openings as well as a proactively create a talent bench of candidates for future needs.
- Maintain the accuracy of the internal transfer process in an effort to fully support Dimension Hospitality philosophy of promoting from within.
- Ensure accuracy of application flow through HR Smart Reporting in preparation for annual OFCCP planning.
- Responsible for all administrative duties relative to the above accountabilities.
- Oversee and determine needs of a referral bonus and/or other incentive programs in response to the lack of candidates and the number of open positions.
- Responsible for accurate completion and processing of all onboarding documents, including I-9 compliance, etc.
- Accurately maintain the applicant tracking system with the processing of electronic applications, requisition approvals and job postings.
- Collaborate with Leaders to analyze appropriate staffing levels to support the overall goals of the company and the hotels managed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for full new hire and rehire onboarding.
- Manage candidates and TBNT's through the pre-screening of applications and resumes in the applicant tracking system.

- Strong recruiting skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
- Is able to prioritize time and work effectively, always keeping top recruitment and staffing needs in consideration.

Requirements:
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership recruitment role, within a hospitality environment required.
Licenses/Certifications: SHRM certification preferred and/or Talent Acquisition Certification.
