We are looking for a candidate who will support our dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand. The ideal candidate has excellent people skills, works effectively with customers, staff and management, and has the organizational skills needed to keep the department operating smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Track and report sales
• Support and train individual salespeople, personally assist in closing sales
• Work effectively with factory personnel
• Direct, motivate and grow a team of sales professionals
• Manage the new vehicle inventory
• Oversee the sales process

Qualifications:

• The skill and talent to train, motivate and coach salespeople to success
• Willingness to work Saturdays and attend special events when needed
• The organizational skills needed to keep the department running smoothly
• Bilingual is a plus!!
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on presentation and negotiation
• Strong work ethic focused on business and personal growth
• Commitment to treat customers and employees with respect and fairness
• 5+ years sales experience in high end dealership/2 years as Sales Manager
• Valid/clean drivers license and background check
• Proficient with CRM, Appraisal and DMS software programs
