Overview:
  • The Director of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for creating a culture of high-performance, with an account management strategy centered on growth best practices and team execution that balances effective coaching with individual accountability.
  • We are seeking an accountable, process-driven Director of Corporate Partnerships who has led account management teams.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll build a world-class account management team by attracting, onboarding, developing through coaching, and retaining top performing Strategic Account Managers, applying performance management practices where necessary.
  • Develop and execute strategy for achievement of business results tied to overall sales strategy. Success in this role is measured by your ability to achieve or overachieve on new student enrollment targets, with importance placed on coaching and leading your team to deliver results consistently.
  • Coaching will span the full sales cycle – from conducting effective prospecting sessions or building effective C-level communication skills to navigating complexity with decision-making processes or creating engagement in underpenetrated accounts with effective event and marketing strategies. Consistent, high-quality coaching is an expectation.
  • As a member of the leadership team, you’ll provide inspiration and leadership through effective communication of your individual team strategy and the global strategy.
  • Improve the team's success through effective leadership and mentorship, taking ownership for the team's professional growth as well as your own.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and motivate sales associates
  • Strong business acumen, forecasting skills, influencing skills and interpersonal skills (to share knowledge with a team to support the growth strategy within sales)
  • Excellent written and oral/virtual presentation skills
  • Internal candidates should have a demonstrated track record of successful financial performance
  • Minimum 7+ years shown consultative/virtual sales experience in training and development products and resources, with 3+ years of management experience
  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, sales acumen, handling others

Base pay is 120-140k
