Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a dedicated advocate for candidates, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the recruitment process to foster a positive experience.
  • Collaborate and provide guidance to hiring managers and interviewers, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and effective recruitment process that leaves every candidate delighted.
  • Source, engage, and hire top talent for Omnicell's professional services organization in North America.
  • Leverage talent intelligence to gain insights into the candidate market, identify trends, and recommend strategies for attracting and acquiring top talent.
  • Bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to revolutionize the hiring process and enhance the recruitment function.
  • Drive operational excellence within the recruitment process by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that embodies Omnicell's values and attracts high-caliber candidates to the organization.

  • Hiring Velocity: Meet hiring target dates aligned with the company's roadmap.
  • Funnel Quality: Ensure a high percentage of candidates successfully navigate each stage of the recruitment process (PTR%).
  • Funnel Volume: Engage and progress a substantial number of candidates through the recruitment funnel.
  • Offer Acceptance Rate: Achieve a minimum 90% acceptance rate for offers extended to candidates.

Impact:

  • Hiring Manager Satisfaction: Ensure hiring managers are satisfied with the recruitment process, candidate quality, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Candidate Satisfaction: Provide a positive and exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the recruitment process and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Data Input and Quality: Maintain accurate and complete data entry in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant systems, ensuring high-quality data for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Quality of Hire: Measure the performance and retention of candidates hired through the recruitment process, surveying employees and hiring managers 90 days after the start date.
