Jeep 24 of Brockton is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our automotive family!
Are you a high performing automotive sales manager ready to help bring our dealership to the next level?
Up to $150,000 a year earning potential

Qualifications
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • 2+ years Automotive Sales Manager Experience
  • Amazing Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to train, maintain and manage a quality staff
  • Basic Computer and Telephone Skills
  • CDJR experience a plus

POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Manager is jointly responsible for overseeing the sales team, executing the sales process, and managing the sales activities of the dealership in a professional manner that is consistent with Route 24 Auto Group’s core philosophies, principles, and values.
The Sales Manager will be held accountable to:
  • Manage showroom activity and sales lot at all times, paying special attention to the flow of customers in the showroom and scheduled appointments.
  • Implement effectively all the duties, responsibilities, and requirements outlined in this job description.
  • Set a professional standard that always reflects favorably on Route 24 Auto Group.
  • Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs, and strategies are followed and executed effectively.
  • Reports any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers or employees to management
  • Maximize the revenue generation and profitability of the sales team.
