We are currently seeking a Field & Demand Marketing w/Healthcare technology - Remote in US to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina (US-SC), United States (US).
The Senior Marketing Specialist serves as the primary marketing lead for the Healthcare Provider (PROV) vertical of NTT DATA, collaborating closely with business and sales leadership to generate demand and support business growth. This person will gain an understanding of our client base and digital technology solutions offered for this vertical, and develop the marketing strategy and programs to help the team achieve overall goals. Responsible for creating the end-to-end marketing program, including campaigns and events designed to generate leads and new sales opportunities. Drives sales and CE engagement with marketing programs, lead follow-up, analyst relations, and client engagement/advocacy opportunities. Provides client and competitive insights to inform the marketing strategy, and tracks/reports marketing performance throughout the year. This person collaborates closely with all of Marketing & Communications, including Consulting & Industry Solutions, Strategic Campaigns, Partner and Portfolio Marketing, and shares insights and feedback from the business unit to the full Marketing & Communications team.
Responsibilities might include:
- Effectively and efficiently manage marketing programs and events to meet or exceed targeted outcomes.
- Manage and adhere to marketing budget, maintain vendor and agency relationships, and oversee related contracts and payments.
- Monitor lead generation and follow-up to maximize business opportunities and demonstrate ROI for marketing investments.
- Develop and lead innovative awareness and demand generation programs that align to the business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Analyst Relations, Public Relations and Customer Advocacy leaders to enhance and promote market leadership, highlight business leaders as experts in their field, document client success stories and deepen client relationships.
- Advise and consult with business unit president and sales leaders to create an overall marketing strategy designed to achieve growth targets.
- Identify new marketing opportunities through industry research and news monitoring, and participation in industry and/or marketing organizations and events.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders and Marketing & Communications team members to maximize information-sharing and drive positive results.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant marketing experience with demonstrated ability to independently drive marketing programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or public relations.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer-facing IT services and/or Healthcare Provider experience.
Basic Minimum Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of marketing experience driving marketing programs for IT services or with a Healthcare provider
Preferred skills and experience:
- Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with business leaders, team members and clients
- Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research and digital marketing technology and tools
- Understanding of the Healthcare and Provider industries, including broader issues and client pain points
- Demonstrated history of planning successful campaigns and events
- Strong project management and organization skills to plan and execute marketing initiatives and juggle competing priorities
