Become an Outcoder as a Senior Technical Recruiter LATAM

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will bring solid knowledge and expertise to attract talent across Latin America. You will be the owner of your roles and the client relationship providing a holistic experience across all communication channels. We're looking for a collaborative partner to identify critical sources, map and profile competitive talent, and build a healthy talent pipeline for your crucial client stakeholders.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Full lifecycle candidate management, including identification, interview preparation, and closing
• Self-starter, results-oriented, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to assess a candidate's basic technical knowledge across a variety of technologies to determine the best fit
• 5+ years of high-volume IT technology recruiting experience
• Strongly demonstrated verbal and written English skills
• Experience recruiting LATAM technical roles.

These will be your primary/secondary responsibilities:

• Create and send job offers.
• Perform phone and video screens to ensure candidates possess the proper qualifications before interviews.
• Participate in daily standups with the hiring, sales, and management teams.
• Client recruiting relationship
• End-to-end recruiting process.
• Source and hire at least two software engineers each month, to hire 2 to 3 engineers per month.
• Source software engineers experienced in the LATAM Technology Market, using Linkedin Recruiter and other sources across LATAM
• Administer and manage technical tests.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to qualify/disqualify candidates.
