About IEG

Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for assisting to complete the creative out put and execution of daily operation planning of overseas main SNS platform, collecting and summarizing the execution effect, which serves for the platform following and active growth.

2. Responsible for analyzing and summarizing user insights, content preference and activity effects of various social media platform, and digging out users' pain point for special analysis.

3. Assist in the management of moderator groups and core player group, cooperate with the feedback collecting and communication work of public opinion.

Requirements:

1. Have a good English communication and writing skills, and able to be independently responsible for communication with local users and suppliers. Preferably with at least one year of overseas study experience.

2. Deep Internet user, familiar with overseas mainstream social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook/Youtube/Discord, etc), familiar with gameplay and user preferences; experience in relevant SNS account operation is preferred.

3. Passion for game industry, have deep experience in game categories, have his own understanding of game products and game users. Deep experience in MOBA game is preferred.

4. Good teamwork, communication and coordination capabilities, responsible, good at learning and strong execution drive.

The base pay range for this position in California is $ 21.92 to $39.80 per hour.

Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
