Job Title: Product Intern, UGG
Reports to: Director of UGG Women’s Footwear
Location: Goleta, CA
The Role
Under the direct supervision of the Director of UGG Women’s Footwear, the Intern will support the Product Team in executing the brand strategy, as well organization of trend and market research, samples, and working documents.
The Intern will provide tactical support for the Product Line Managers throughout product line life cycle from concept to go-to-market. The Intern will assist PLM Team with a variety of daily administrative functions to ensure smooth operational flow across the category product organization – including translating the global product line into Flex PLM, and collaborating with other cross-functional team members on Design, Product Development, Marketing, and Merchandising.
A strong candidate for the role is a highly organized, self-starter; a team player who can work under pressure, solve problems on the fly, and manage their time effectively and independently.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the UGG Women’s Footwear PLM Team
• Learning about the UGG Brand & Business
• Working with cross-functional partners on ad-hoc projects
• Owning and completing a self-directed project – related to the current UGG Women’s Footwear business – with the guidance of the Director & PLM Team
• Sample management

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
• A passion for retail/wholesale, product line design and/or development, merchandising, fashion, footwear, lifestyle brands, etc.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Highly motivated, a self-starter
