Office Operations + Marketing Intern

Your primary role will be to assist our Marketing and Office Operations Team. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has good communication skills, able to multitask with several daily and weekly deadlines, and is interested and willing to learn. Ability to work 15 - 20 hours per week.

Role

• Sorting and filing mail
• Receive/send mail and packages
• Assist with design and ordering marketing materials
• Create content for newsletter and blog
• Create graphics for social media accounts
• Assisting Agents with light office and organizational tasks
• Answer inbound phone calls
• Create property e-blasts for agents announcing new listings, price reductions, etc.
• Create Just Listed/Just Sold Postcards
• Fulfill requests from agents to maintain and market new listings
• Ensure Office readiness and tidiness
• Delivering office paperwork between MO and SB
• Ordering and restocking supplies

Our Office Operations Intern is…

• Able to learn new systems and databases
• Able to meet project deadlines under supervision of Marketing Team
• Familiar with Gmail, Google Docs, Dropbox, MailChimp and other applications
• Familiar with social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Pinterest
• Proficient in Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, and Canva
• Able to maintain the confidentiality of company and client records
• Willing to work in-office
• Willing to learn the function of a Marketing Department within a real estate company
• Detail oriented
