Job Title: Community Engagement Manager
Location: Remote
Salary: $60K-$90K (DOE)

We are a biotech startup currently looking for a Community Engagement Manager with communications, marketing, or similar experience in life sciences capacity. Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience, thrive in a learning environment, want to succeed, and grow their skill sets along the way!

What You Will Be Doing

• Organize and facilitate online and offline events (i.e. webinars, conferences, and forums for networking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration purposes)
• Facilitate, monitor, and engage in discussions across various online platforms to encourage meaningful interactions, providing insights, and addressing inquiries from the user community
• Conduct market research to assist in company's go-to-market strategy
• Gather, analyze, and report key performance metrics regarding community engagement and growth
• Gather feedback and suggestions from community members for use in product development, marketing strategies, and overall company growth
• Continuously research and compile information about competitive launches and advertisements
• Lead company efforts to maintain high customer satisfaction and drive engagement at-scale

What You Need for this Position

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• 1+ year(s) of experience in community engagement management, preferably within the biotech or life sciences industry
• Knowledge of general molecular biology
• Ability to develop innovative strategies for community growth and engagement
• BS, MS, MBA, or equivalent in a relevant field (life sciences, communications, marketing, etc.)
• Familiarity with standard laboratory practices and understanding of industry trends and advancements are preferred
