Bucketplace is the operator of Ohouse, a user-generated content-driven platform that inspires consumers to discover, share, and purchase beautiful home furnishing products. Its unique flywheel consisting of content, community, and commerce created Korea’s largest platform for home furnishing inspiration, allowing millions to create beautiful living spaces through photos generated by other users.
As an Associate Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and engaging with a community of creators that will be our core ecosystem facilitating content generation. You will work closely with creators to develop engaging and informative content for our customers. We are looking for a candidate that can show up to any event and quickly make connections. Community should be your everything with a history of growing a community from the ground up. This candidate will join as one of the first few members of a small team, with quickly evolving roles, responsibilities and opportunities. This role will report directly to the Head of US Growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to community inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Foster strong relationships with content creators and customers through consistent and effective communication
- Develop and implement community initiatives that promote engagement and growth
- Develop a community management strategy that engages with content creators and encourages them to produce high-quality content
- As one of the first employees of a growing team, create a positive work environment and maintain a culture of respect, support and excellence that promotes well-being, satisfaction and growth
Requirement :
- Creative thinker with a passion for interior design and a good eye for visual aesthetics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- History of growing a virtual or physical community, bringing together people from different backgrounds for a common purpose
- This role requires four days a week in-office to ensure a strong presence and effective collaboration within the team
- Up to 2 years of prior work experience in community management with an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
