We are filling a vacancy for a Community Outreach Representative to join a chain retailer's onsite team.



  • Community Outreach Representative Responsibilities:
    • Fundraiser opening –
    • Ensure smooth collaboration among employees
    • Card payment processing –
    • Team Management –
    • Donor customer service –
    • Prep inventory, equipment, staff, and stockroom
    • Greet donors as they enter the location and answer any questions or as needed.
    • Accept money in credit or debit cards for purchased items.
    • Fundraiser closing –
    • Store cleanup, organization, and lockup
    • Hit fundraiser goals


    Community Outreach Representative Employment Requirements:


    • Knowledgeable about the company's products and services and customer-related policies
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Necessary mathematical skills, as needed to make the change and give refunds
    • Ability to commute to LA
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, or scanners
    • Previous retail or customer service experience OR Bachelor's Degree
    • High school diploma OR GED
