Sirius Play, a leading computer games company, is seeking a highly motivated Community Engagement Gamer to join our team. As a Community Engagement Gamer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with our gaming community to increase player engagement and enhance overall player satisfaction. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work with talented professionals to develop and execute innovative strategies that will drive player engagement across a wide range of platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content and events to build a strong sense of community within the game
• Regularly monitor and respond to player feedback and inquiries across various communication channels
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on community engagement and player sentiment
• Identify new trends and opportunities for community engagement and player satisfaction
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional strategies to attract new players to the game
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure community-related issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
• Develop and implement strategies to increase player retention and engagement

Requirements

• Passion for computer games and an understanding of the gaming community
• Ability to develop and execute creative ideas and strategies
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and community building strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Flexible schedule, with ability to work nights and weekends as needed to engage with players in real-time
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect and build relationships with players and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience in community management for computer games or related industries
