Regional Community Operations Manager

:

1. Undertake demanded jobs from game product team and game community team; pay attention to news on our competitors and the game industry to provide overseas user insights research on a regular basis; based on the research, provide localized perspectives and action recommendations for the business, and optimize the overall plan for the game and community.

2. Provide support to the games with event planning, content dissemination, and research of game industry in Japan; develop overseas operating plans, support the landing of large-scale community events, esports tournaments, and attempt to commercialize in designated countries and regions.

3. Build up capabilities of conducting regionalized operations and widely contact and introduce external cooperative resources, including but not limited to KOLs, channel resources, MCNs, etc. Enrich local community operational actions and expand the scale of the community.

4. Recruit and build overseas teams for the community, and assist content operation colleagues in managing overseas content creator systems.

Job Requirements:

1. Have sufficient understanding of NetEase games; Deeply experience mainstream mobile games such as MMORPG, ARPG, MOBA, shooting, and other genre with unique understanding of the game industry and it’s related content field.

2. Have marketing-based thinking and the ability to integrate materials and content of your own experience into ideas and apply them to overseas community scenes.

3. 3+ years of work experience overseas, including but not limited to marketing, community operations, dissemination, sales, etc. Showcase in an overseas country/region is a must.

4. Self-motivated, have the ability to actively communicate and collaborate across departments.

5. Good English & Chinese abilities(Speaking, writing, listening and reading) and decent interpersonal skills.

Salary range : Salary Range: $ 100,000/yr-$150,000/yr
