The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth can not be underestimated. We aim to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making TikTok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and affiliates.
About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated TikTok E-Commerce Community Specialist to support management and growth of our e-commerce creator community. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of TikTok, the creator ecosystem, as well as a passion for e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage the distribution of newsletters to our creator community, including content creation, design, and distribution
- Develop and execute TikTok Shop social account content strategy to drive engagement, growth, and sales for our e-commerce creators
- Monitor TikTok trends to adapt content strategy and ensure the brand stays fresh and ahead of the competition
- Develop and execute project plans for creator program initiatives, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of creator programs and develop strategies that support revenue goals and objectives
- Manage creator communications for programs, announcements, and other key initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or digital marketing; e-commerce experience is a plus!
- Experience with newsletter creation, email marketing, and social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of TikTok platform and best practices
- Experience working with creators
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media metrics
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $143556 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
