Job Summary:

We are Pieneer, a company dedicated to helping students engage with their school communities. We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Community Outreach Specialist to join our team. The Community Outreach Specialist will be responsible for building relationships with student organizations and creating an email list. The goal is to encourage student organizations to use our app, Reach, during the upcoming academic fall, which is a platform for student organizations to manage their community and event hosting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with diverse groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain an email list of student organizations and their members.
• Monitor and track usage of Reach by student organizations.
• Attend student organization meetings and events to promote Reach and answer questions.
• Encourage student organizations to use Reach and provide feedback.
• Plan and coordinate events to promote Reach to student organizations.
• Identify student organizations and relevant contacts.
• Attend weekly internal team meeting
• Reach out to student organizations to introduce Reach and its features.

Preferred Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with diverse groups.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with social media and email marketing.
• Experience in community outreach or related work.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the education sector and student organizations.
• Experience using data to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Experience planning and executing events.
